Description
Great Trainer or time builder, Well Maintained, ADS/B Compliant
We just got in a Cherokee 180 and it is priced to sell quickly. The airframe has low time, and the engine and prop have less than 800 hours on them which means lots of time left before the next overhaul is recommended. The Cherokee 180 is a great platform to build time!

Ownership History:
We sold this aircraft in 2023 to the gentleman in CA. He flew it about 100 hours to build time. He is upgrading to a faster aircraft and sold it back to AOS.
Damage History:
This aircraft was involved in an incident on 12/17/1981 in Show Low, AZ which was a result of not taking the time to remove ice/frost from the wings prior to takeoff. The aircraft stalled on takeoff which resulted in sheet metal damage to the right wing outboard and bottom of the fuselage. (See logbook entry 6/3/1982 for details).
In Flight Report:
“I flew this aircraft home from Sacramento, CA. I did not experience any issues and the plane flew great.” Mark, Pilot

Exterior
Exterior Notes
The exterior is in fair condition. The paint appears to be original and there are no hail marks nor any signs of corrosion. There are many areas where the paint is thin and metal is showing through and the blue stripping is faded.
Interior
Interior Notes
The interior is in below average condition as the side panels have several rips and tears. The armrests are very worn and the plastics are old and discolored. The carpet is worn with stains and is faded. The headliner has a tear near the back and appears to be original. The glare shield is old and has a couple of cracks in it. The front seats appear to be newer and in great condition.
