    Welcome to 3177C, the Unicorn of 182RG's. Following an inadvertent belly landing it was reborn to what you see today. Repairs were done by a noted structural repair facility using all Textron parts. A factory reman 0-540 was installed with a new McCauley 3 blade prop and governor. Baffles repaired and powder coated, new mounts, hoses and vacuum pump. Overhauled exhaust and alternator. New windows and fuel cells.Then off to paint for multi-coat scheme with new horizontal and elevator tips plus strut fairings.Next to upholstery for leather seats and sidewalls, bound carpet, SoundEx insulation throughout, BAS shoulder harnesses and belts, and leather wrapped yokes.Now comes. the icing on the cake. Dual G3X Touches, GTN750xi, GNS530W, GTX345, GFC500, GMA350c, with G5 for Standby Indications.Many other upgrades and excellent maintenance history.Current owner needs 6 seats is only reason for sale.

Aircraft is scheduled at respected NorCal Facility for Mid January Insp. start. This facility was chosen for its technical reputation. They have not previously worked on the Aircraft. This is meant to be a report card of sorts. A buyer with an accepted offer is invited to participate in the process. The buyers satisfaction with the plane is paramount to the current owners. It's simply the way they do business.
