    Diligently maintained Piper PA-30 Twin Comanche that has been consistently flown and maintained as a multi-engine trainer over the past several years. Regular use in a training environment has kept the aircraft exercised, closely inspected, and maintained to a high standard.

Annual inspection completed in April 2025, with multiple 100-hour inspections performed since.

Both propellers: ~25 SMOH

Maintenance over the past few years has been handled with an open-checkbook. All applicable ADs are complied with, including installation of the Fin Attachment Bracket Kit- terminating action for AD 74-16-08.
