Low total time at only 3,600 hours. Log books appear complete, no missing logs noted. No corrosion issues. Dry country and hangared for the last 18 years (western Kansas and Colorado). Tail & ruddervators in excellent condition. Previously registered as N9383Q. Damage history in 1973. Always USA based. Digital log books available. Single yoke installed, dual yoke included.

RH fuel cell appears original (all fuel sumps have always drained clear containing no particles of any kind). Landing gear motor 5 hours since overhaul.

Operated "rich of peak" ROP, not "lean of peak" LOP although the engine does run smoothly LOP.

Beautiful custom paint job, must see! Painted in 2016 by Regal Aircraft Refinishing, Cheyenne WY, using Jet Glo Chevron White, Acry Glo Team Blue and Las Vegas Gold metallic (note the shadowed N-numbers). Paint rated as "9" with only minor chips or defects. New nav light lenses on wings & tail 2016. Windshield replaced in 1979 rated very good with slight defroster marks. New co-pilot side window with openable vent 2016. Other windows rated good.

Six seats included, four installed. Four main passenger seats installed including headrests are covered in genuine sheep skin covers. Upholstery underneath sheep skins covers is in very good condition. Seats recovered in Parchment Antique vinyl and parchment colored checked fabric in 1979. Sidewall panels recovered in Parchment Antique vinyl in 1974. Comfortable, clean, serviceable and durable interior with no rips, tears etc. Carpet, headliner, glareshield, instrument panel all rated as average plus. Interior condition overall rated "7."
