    Airframe Notes
Ownership History: The previous owner had the aircraft for almost three decades and took very good care of it. He had the aircraft completely gone through in 2018 including replacing the wing spars with new from Airframe Components by Williams, Inc as a precaution with Piper SB 1244B. In recent years, the aircraft’s flight time has lowered, and they decided to sell so the next owner can cherish it as much as they did. Damage History: The aircraft had a landing incident in 1979 when it veered off of the runway to avoid a plane landing in the opposite direction. The leading edge of the wings were damaged and repaired. See 337 form for details. Logbook Condition: Complete and well detailed since new In Flight Report: “Fantastic hauler! Absolutely plenty powerful, roomy and equipped with a great avionics’ suite. This will make a wonderful airplane for its next owner!” ~Albert – Pilot
