1966 Cessna 172G, C-GIPP. TTSN 3,271.0 hours. Lycoming O-360-A4A installed under LSTC. STOL Kit installed.
Engine removed following discovery of crankcase crack near half TBO. Full teardown and inspection completed by Pro Aero Engines; inspection report available to serious buyers (email GIPP@). Engine included with sale in inspected/disassembled condition, properly boxed. Sensenich 76EM8S5-0-60 propeller included.
All logbooks present and complete.
Avionics: Kannad 406 ELT, Garmin GPSMAP 696 w/ SiriusXM, PS Engineering PMA 4000 audio panel, Garmin GTR 225 comm, Garmin SL40 comm, Garmin GTX 327 Mode C transponder, JPI FuelScan 450, JPI EGT-100.
