2136 Hours SMOH. Aircraft is currently flying around 100 hours per year. Compressions at 2025 Annual: 76 / 76 / 76 / 78. No metal in oil and consumption is around a quart every 8-9 hours. Owner had planned to fly another 1,000 hours after TBO, but has decided to move into a fixed gear aircraft.

753 Hours Since Prop Overhaul (2020). McCauley 2-Blade.

The aircraft is mostly original equipment with the exception of a Garmin GNS-430 (non-WAAS). It would be a great candidate for an Avidyne IFD-440 slide in replacement. Stratus Appereo ADS-B Transponder. Century 41 Autopilot with Altitude Hold and Glide Slope Coupling. Owner reports autopilot fully functional. Century NSD-360 HSI.

LED Landing Light, Hoskins FT-101 Fuel Totalizer.

Fair Paint. Owner calls it a '20 Footer'. It has been painted (it has a mid-90's style Mooney paint scheme. Owner says the side windows are fine but that the windshield will probably need to be replaced at some point, especially if you decide to paint it.

Fair Interior. Original. Pilot seat has a pretty good tear in it.

Annual is due July 1, 2026. The logs on the aircraft start in 1996 (times determined from old invoices and workorders).
