    Mooney M20E Super 21, N9220M. A rare covered later-model M20E with no gear-up landing history, no major damage history, and no corrosion noted. This aircraft is equipped with O&N fuel bladders, eliminating leaking wet-wing concerns, and has been well upgraded with modern avionics, LED lighting, new windows, and a strong maintenance history. Powered by a Lycoming IO-360-A1A 200 HP engine with 1,833 hours SMOH. Cylinder compressions are strong at 78/80, 74/80, 72/80, and 74/80 with no rusty barrels noted. Latest oil analysis showed no concerns. Hartzell 2-blade propeller shows 413 hours since new and features a “B” hub with no recurring eddy current inspection required. Avionics and equipment include Garmin GNC 355 WAAS GPS/Com touchscreen with Bluetooth, Garmin GMA 345 audio panel/intercom with USB port, TKM MX-170C digital nav/com, King KN-62A DME, King KT-76A transponder linked to uAvionix TailBeacon ADS-B Out, and a Brittain B-12 Accuflight/Accutrak autopilot with altitude hold and pitch stabilization. Autopilot has been overhauled with new boots and is reported to be in good working condition. Additional upgrades include O&N fuel bladders, new generator, Concorde battery, SkyTec starter, Whelen LED belly strobe anti-collision light, LED landing light, wingtip and tail strobes, new windows and windshield, manual gear and flaps, front seat inertial reel shoulder harnesses, AstroTech digital clock/timer/chronometer mounted in the yoke, vertical card compass, new main tires, and gear pucks replaced. Good paint in white with light blue and medium blue stripes, good blue velour seats, and new carpeting. Fresh annual completed August 2026. Cruises on approximately 8.5 gallons per hour.
