    1978 Piper PA-44 Seminole. Hard to find twin in today's market, especially one that's IFR capable and ready to go to work.
~8,367 TT airframe. Complete logs from 1997 to present. Logbooks from 1978-1997 are missing, but all records from 1997 forward have been scanned and consolidated into a single organized logbook.
Aircraft has been used as a trainer its entire life and has damage history including prior prop strikes, all reflected in the price.
