    Inspection Status
DOC 8 completed August 2025. The DOC 8 inspection is performed every three years, providing approximately two years remaining until the next scheduled inspection. Fresh MPI on Engine #2. Engines are not currently enrolled on an engine program. The Air Cycle Machine (ACM) has exceeded its replacement interval but remains fully operational. The aircraft is currently on Cessna's waiting list for the replacement component. One Pitch Trim Actuator is also due for replacement and is currently awaiting availability through Cessna. The estimated combined investment to complete both the ACM and Pitch Trim Actuator replacements, including labor, is approximately $85,000 USD. The seller is aware of these items, and the $85,000 estimated cost will be taken into consideration when negotiating the final purchase price so the buyer does not assume these costs. This information is being disclosed upfront to provide complete transparency regarding the aircraft's current maintenance status.
