This is the best equipped Piper Cherokee 140 you will find. This plane would make for a great time builder, IFR trainer or cross country machine. I've decided to upgrade to something a bit bigger and faster and am sad to see it go. It has never been in a flight school or flying club, always been a personal bird. It has been maintained with an open checkbook and all AD's have been complied with. The avionics in this plane are outstanding. It was last painted in 2006, but still looks fabulous due to the fact that she has always been hangered, by me and the previous owner.
