Paint is shiny but shows a lot of wear. Leading edges are particularly worn and the cowling has several places where paint has chipped or been scratched.

Interior is okay. Has wear but serviceable. Grey Leather Seats, Dark Blue Carpets. Burlwood Trim.

Annual Inspection Due May 2027. IFR Certification Due May 2028. The aircraft flew directly from the Mooney factory to Thailand. Then to Australia for a few years. It returned to the US in 2001.All logs are in English and Complete. Gear up Landing in 1996.Since back in the US, VERY GOOD maintenance history including Top Gun (CA) and Air Mods / C&W (both in NJ).
