    This dry-country, ADS-B compliant, Nevada based M20E has enjoyed a significant number of 201 modifications plus a number of advanced mods that even a J model would envy - e.g. the performance enhancing LoPresti Speed Cowl, upgraded A3B6 engine and Boom Beam HID Landing Light. The modifications, low time, upgraded factory engine, STEC autopilot and Garmin avionics and ADS-B Compliance give this aircraft a highly desirable mix of style, speed / performance and cross-country capability not seen in early model Mooneys. The clincher is 39V's exceptional maintenance history. Most pre-2000 era aircraft suffer from reduced maintenance to save on expenses. This aircraft, however, has been maintained by Top Gun Aviation, a high-end authorized Mooney Service Center. It's owner is selling because it was time to move up.     161 SFRM on upgraded IO-360-A3B6 engine....... All accessories were new or overhauled with engine replacement. Why upgrade beyond the "D" engine in the 201 M20J? Plenty of reasons, but here are 3 big ones: 1) Separate mags. Two drive systems are more reliable than one. 2) Roller lifters - a superior design over the IO-360 D's cam / lifter design... (worn standard lifters on the "D" engine grind through cam lobes) 3) Get 25°BTDC timing. Better power and efficiency.
