Excellent flying airplane. The engine runs great. Flying with the windows down in an open cockpit is about as much fun as you can have in the sky. Complete engine logs. Airframe logs nearly complete, although some of the logs were reconstructed because some paperwork was lost in a house fire. Last 20+ years of logs are all complete. Hangared for at least the last 11 years (last two owners). Brand new tires and fuel pump recently installed.

Upgraded to C-85. Engine runs smooth and starts easily. Brand new fuel pump recently installed.

Upgrade to C-85. STC for gross weight increase to 1400 lbs (480 lbs useful load). STC for enlarged baggage area. STC to add rudder pedals.

Handheld ICom Nav/Com is wired to panel for headsets and makes use of the airplane's external com antenna Excellent range Altitude encoding portion of Mode C Transponder failed its most recent test Did not repair, as new owner may be considering ADS-B upgrade, and I do not frequently fly in Class B or C airspace.

Exterior 5/10. Paint is faded in spots and some chips in the paint along the seams in the fabric.

Next Annual due May 31, 2019. All ADs complied with.
