Airframe time total: 2172h Engine time since overhaul 2015: 154h Propeller time since new 2018: 39h ARC expiry: 2019-06-01 In my ownership since 2006. Total rebuild of aircraft 2006-2010. During annual inspection 2006 severe corrosion found in lower forward fuselage tubing. Fuselage deemed not economical to repair. NEW fuselage purchased from Maule factory and received 2008. In addition, NEW horizontal stabilizers, NEW rudder and NEW elevators also purchased. Fuselage covered with cecognite and painted by factory. NEW fuel lines, flight control cables and hardware and electrical system installed. All purchase orders saved for inspection if needed. New Trig 8,33khz VHF COM installed 2018. Mode C transponder installed since 2005. Paint removed on wings and floats. All inspected,sealed and repainted by aircraft paint shop in Sweden. Paint scheme is Daytona White and Boston Maroon. Floats are EDO2440 and do NOT leak anything, extremely tight and high buoyancy. Complete wheel gear set included painted to match. 6.00 X 6 tires. Prior to assembly after re-paint all hardware replaced with new parts from Kenmore Air and Arigo Teknik. New Float front steps purchased from Kenmore for USD 500:- each, Aircraft flown very little after 2010. Overhauled TCM IO360D engine purchased from Oddvar Böhn Aircraft Engineering A/S 2015. Only has 154h since overhaul and running strong with high compressions. All firewall forward hoses replaced at the same time. Slick 6314 magnetos x 2, Propeller Governor and vacuum pump all overhauled 2018. New style McCauley C/S prop installed 2018 cost approximately USD 14000:- This is the first time this FAA STC was approved in EASA. No more problems as with the old D2A34C67 propeller that is out of production since ages. In short, this is a problem free, high performance float plane that is in better shape than new and with very low operating costs. Useful load on floats 300kg. Fuel consumption 40L/h. Cruising speed on floats 115-120mph. Fuel tank capacity 151L. No Cessna SID program to worry about. Maintenance manual is free on Maule website and only has less than 50 pages. Fuselage is less than 10 years old and floats look new! Times will vary as this plane is flying right now. Selling in order to be part of C206 purchase. Normal EASA category aircraft.
