Smooth all round aircraft with no Incident or Accident history. Full maintenance records from 1973-2018. Prop was overhauled on the annual in Feb 2018. New exhaust in August 2018. Family aircraft used to train my son for his Private/IFR. Now complete we want to sell as he is going to the airline. No mechanical issues and is pretty standard from Piper as far as equipment is concerned. Bendix King Com/Nav all working fine. Both VOR/ILS Instruments replaced in October for more accuracy. Panel fitted mini iPad holder and two USB ports available if you are running foreflite or similar or just to keep your phone boosted. New strut kits this month as one was needing gas every three weeks or so. 150bhp, 6.5gph, 5hrs duration plus reserve, 800lbs useful load and really low insurance.
