UNDER CONTRACT Our reaction when this plane arrived at our facility: ‘Wow… This plane is NICE’. We weren’t expecting it to be so clean, but this is one of the nicer Pre-201 aircraft we have seen. One Arizona owner since 1985. Low time engine. Very nice shiny paint. Very clean interior (we believe it is original). Very clean instruments and instrument panel. Several nice airframe mods. We are pricing it WAY below Vref so that you have room to install upgrades (hint, Vref is over $47,000 just for base airframe and engine time alone – put in value for the upgrades and condition and the appraisal will go way over $50K)

Complete Strip and Repaint in 1978 in a '78 M20J Scheme. White with Burnt Orange and Brown Stripes. Nice and shiny, minimal wear, Good to very Good condition.

Brown Leather and Tweed Seats, Lite Brown Berber Carpets. Good Plastic, Clean Instrument Panel. Good Condition.
