The aircraft's registration and air worthiness certificates no longer support the aircraft's operation.  The FAA registration expired on June 30, 2018 and has been cancelled.  An airworthiness certificate was last issued in the year 2013.  

The aircraft is owned by the Estate of Donald Leon Rose II, Deceased, in the Probate Court of Jefferson County, Alabama Case Number 19BES00146.  Letters of Administration were issued to John T. DeWitt, CARVER DeWITT & PALM CPAs LLC, 1820 Rice Mine Road N Suite 100, Tuscaloosa, AL  35406.

A sealed bid auction is now underway that will close on October 31, 2019.  Interested parties should submit an e-mail of inquiry to [email protected] requesting an information package be sent to them.  The estate reserves the right to reject any and all bids.  In addition, the sale of the airplane is subject to the approval of Alan King, Judge of Probate, Jefferson County, Alabama.
