Plane was authentically restored in 2012 to look and fly as it did when it rolled off Piper's Assembly line 50 years prior, including a new paint job, interior, propeller and engine overhaul. Engine is Lycoming 0-320-E2A, 4,119.3 Total time on airframe, 419.3 hours SMOH. Equipment is typical for the era with a single TKM MX 11 760 channel Nav/Comm, Narco AT-50 xponder and upgrade in a Garmin 396 GPS and ADS-B out UAvionix tail beacon. This aircraft runs and flies great and still looks like a 9+ out of 10 inside and out. Plane has always been hangered.
