Approximately 330 hours on the prop. Prop is in good condition and has no issues or services coming up anytime soon.

Wheelpants are taken off for winter, but come withthe airplane.

Garmin 496 built into dash panel. 496 has the color XM weather scope with winds aloft and storm tracking and all the goodies. Also has XM radio available. I cant even imagine being without one of these.
