NEW PRICE! N80851 is a stunning one-of-a-kind Swift that has just completed an extensive restoration. In addition to installing a new 210-hp Continental engine and modern "glass panel" avionics, the entire airframe was carefully inspected to address every spot of corrosion, bent piece of metal, and loose rivet. The retractable landing gear and hydraulic systems were rebuilt, electric trim added, and fuel capacity was expanded with an extended range fuel tank (now 37 gallons, or about 3.8 hours before VFR reserves). We repaired the control yokes, ran new cables, wiring and tubing, and refurbished the interior and exterior in period-appropriate colors and materials. This is a must-see airplane for anyone with a soft spot for the iconic Swift, and chance to own a very special turn-key vintage aircraft!
