HISTORY:
N227GB (cn 16597/33345) Manufactured in 1945 as 44-77013, it went to the US Navy as an R4D-7. In 1966 it went to the FAA, and then to the US Dept. of Agriculture in August 1976 as N32A. In December 1976 it became N227GB and went to the GSA. In 1980 it went from the GSA to the CAF. It is shown here just after its transfer to the CAF. It is now with the Great Lakes Squadron as the "Black Sparrow".
