THIS AIRCRAFT IS PRIMARILY DESIGNED TO PROVIDE LONG-RANGE COAST-TO-COAST EXECUTIVE TRANSPORTATION.
LONG-RANGE CAPABILITY: WITH THE ADDITIONS OF 2,680 GALLONS OF AUXILIARY FUEL, ITS DESIRABLY LOW EMPTY WEIGHT, AND ITS HIGH GROSS WEIGHT, THIS 727 PROVIDES EXCEPTIONAL RANGE, GIVING THE AIRCRAFT WORLD-WIDE CAPABILITIES. TO COMPLIMENT ITS LONG-RANGE CAPABILITY, THE AIRCRAFT IS EQUIPPED WITH TRIPLE GPS, 8.33 MHZ COMMS, TCAS II, AND IS RVSM CERTIFIED.
HISTORY: MANUFACTURED IN 1967, THIS LOW-TIME 727-100 ORIGINALLY SAW SERVICE AS AN AIRLINER. IT WAS ONE OF THE LATER PRODUCTION UNITS, HENCE, MOST APPLICABLE SAFETY AND RELIABILITY MODIFICATIONS WERE INCORPORATED DURING MANUFACTURE. IN 1982, THE AIRCRAFT WAS CONVERTED INTO EXECUTIVE CONFIGURATION BY DEE HOWARD. SINCE THAT TIME THE AIRCRAFT HAS ACCUMULATED ONLY 1953 HOURS, WHICH ACCOUNTS FOR ITS UNUSUALLY LOW-TIME AND EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN MAINTENANCE HISTORY.
MAINTENANCE HISTORY: THIS AIRCRAFT IS ONE OF THE CLEANEST 727-100’S ON THE MARKET TODAY. ADDITIONALLY, ALL APPLICABLE AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVES HAVE BEEN COMPLIED WITH. THE AIRCRAFT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND ALL MAINTENANCE RECORDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION.
EXECUTIVE INTERIOR/EXTERIOR: BOTH THE AIRCRAFT’S 22 SEAT EXECUTIVE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THE AIRCRAFT’S INTERIOR RECEIVED A COMPREHENSIVE REFURBISHMENT IN 1998.
SEATING FOR THE 22 PASSENGERS INCLUDES SEPARATE CREW QUARTERS AND LAVATORY. THE GRAND SALON BOASTS A 126 SPEAKER STEREO SYSTEM , ENTERTAINMENT CENTER WITH LARGE SCREEN TELEVISION/VIDEO SYSTEM AND BAR. THE AFT DINING ROOM WITH SEATING FOR SIX IS SERVED FROM A GALLEY COMPLETE WITH MICROWAVE, OVEN AND COMPACTOR. A GUEST LAVATORY IS LOCATED IN THE AFT CABIN.
A TWO ZONE CABIN TEMPERATURE CONTROL AND HUMIDIFIER SYSTEM ASSURES EACH PASSENGER MAXIMUM COMFORT AND MINIMUM FATIGUE ON EVERY TRIP.
