Airframe is in excellent condition with the only damage History in September 2000 - Struck taxi way light with prop while taxiing for take-off. [Prop was relaced with new; Engine has been overhauled since then - see below.] Logs: Engine Logs are available since new. Number 1 airframe log is missing. Logbooks begin at 6/5/87. Annual Inspection: November 2010 FAR 91.411 IFR altimeter/static system check: December 2010.

Prop time since new in 2000 is 485 hours.
