My Viking has been flown regularly and professionally maintained throughout its history. From my research, the airplane has always been actively flown and annualed every year of it's life. There were only two other owners prior to my father-in-law purchasing at Witmer's in 2007. I purchased and have been flying the airplane almost two years.

Engine compressions checked out to be very good, all above 73, except for one 68 (I think). Both turbos were rebuilt by Main Turbo last year.

Recent overhaul, approximately 50 hours ago.

Updated avionics.

Garmin upgrades to the avionics: GNS 430W GPS/NAV/COM, Garmin GMA 340 Audio Panel, Garmin GI 106A CDI, Garmin GTX 327 Transponder, Garmin GPSMAP 496 for weather, Century III Autopilot, GEM 602 Engine Analyzer.

Wing root cabin cover, Ski tube, 4 Headset plugs with 3 headsets included, Built-in 4 place oxygen system, Auxiliary fuel tank (75 gallon total).

Should be in annual at Witmer's until end of month. Annual will include in-depth wood inspection and replacement of right fuel tank cover with screwless, scarf joint method. It is getting all new brakes, discs and gear struts rebuilt. New tire, Lord motor mounts, paint and fabric touch-ups, wingtip lens, new door seal, etc. are some of the other items being completed.
