    Description
Outstanding 1946 Aeronca 7DC-Conv Champ. This beauty had a complete rebuild in 1995. Then in 2008 it has another major upgrade done, an 85 HP O-200 conversion was hung on the nose to make it a delightful performer. It even has an electric/battery start system, no "armstrong" starts needed. Of course the Champ wouldn't look her best without a new Sensenich Wooden Propeller to grace her cowling. It can cruise nicely because of the added fuel available in the wing tanks. Now it has a total of 18 gallons available. And a reminder, this plane DOES qualify for the light sport category. She is a ready to fly airplane in current annual. This Champ has flown 4,358 hours through the U.S. skies since new. The engine has a young 45 Hours since a major overhaul done by Don Swords, a Champ specialist. The pilot is ready to hang up her spurs and wants to sell this 1946 classic for $42,500.00.
