Built 7/2/74, airframe time is believed to be 187.8 and the engine time is unknown. Aircraft has a Continental C85-8F aircraft engine installed with a metal propeller. Engine runs very well usually starting on the first pull though. Instrumentation consists of Airspeed, RPM, Compass, Oil pressure, Oil temp, and yaw indicator, see photos. There are no instruments in the front cockpit. Front cockpit has only flight and engine controls and also the engine primer. Aircraft weights 688 lbs with a gross weight of 1144 lbs. This aircraft does qualify as a Sport Plane. Overall condition is good the fabric could use a little work in places and the tire should be replaced due to weather checking. I flew this aircraft over 150 miles at 7500 feet it trims up and flies very well. Cruise is about 75 mph. Aircraft is sold without log books as they did not come with the aircraft when I purchased it. It will be sold with a bill of sale and the old aircraft registration and is sold as is where is.
