Description
Your chance to own a genuine WWII warbird at a realistic price that looks and feels if it has just come straight off the squadron line!
This fine example of a USAAC PT13D was a ground-up re-build completed in 1981 and has been in the UK since 1990. Built in May 1944 it flew for 825 hrs in its first 2 years; airframe total time since new is now only 1,472 hrs. It has been in my ownership since 2002 but it is now time for someone else to take on the resposibility and enjoyment of a piece of real aviation history. Lots of provenance including the complete set of wartime training logs.
Images available on line as it is a popular subject at fly-ins; search on G-BSWC.
Location: Gloucester Staverton
