Description
The B737-268, MSN 22050 was manufactured during November 1979, delivered to Saudi
Arabian Airlines (SAA) on 14 December 1979 and registered as HZ-AGT. The Aircraft
registration was then changed to HZ-HM4 on 11 January 1980 for use as part of the Saudi
Royal Fleet. When it was acquired by Mercury AVV (MAVV) in May 2004 the registration was
changed to P4-OMC. Now the aircraft is under Bahrain registry and the registration number is
A9C-DAA operated by Delmun Aviation Services.
The transfer of ownership has been facilitated by International Aviation and Services Group
(IASG), a UK based group, from Saudi Arabian Airlines to Mercury AVV. The Aircraft
underwent heavy maintenance check at Alsalam Aircraft Company in Riyadh from 11 June
2003 to 22 May 2004, as part of the purchase agreement, and prior to transfer of ownership.
The Aircraft was test flown on 20th of May 2004 and made its first flight for the new owner
(MAVV) on the 24th of May 2004.
The Aircraft has been exclusively utilized as an executive transport for the personal use of the
current owner (MAVV) and VIP JETS acted as its Operator. At present operated by the same
owner under Delmun Aviation Services. The Aircraft originally had 99 passenger seats when
delivered to the previous owner, Saudi Arabian Airlines. The Aircraft interior was re-configured
by SAA to VIP on 16 January 1980 and has been kept as is until todays date with the
exception of a few changes including the reduction number of seats.
MSN 22050 has accumulated 16694:50 flight hours and 11,236 flight cycles since new. Due to
the nature of the Aircraft's operation since delivery, MSN 22050 is maintained to a low
utilization maintenance program approved by Bahrain Civil Aviation.

Airframe Notes
Alsalam Aircraft Company (AAC) which has a repair facility in Riyadh, KSA has been providing
the scheduled maintenance of the Aircraft since it was acquired by Mercury AVV in 2004. Prior
to that, the technical and airworthiness management has been handled by Saudi Royal Flight,
Mid check being accomplished by Deutsche Lufthansa AG.
The Maintenance program has been approved by Bahrain CAA. The period and frequencies of
the maintenance tasks and inspections in the program are based on Boeing MPD (D6-17594)
and CPCP Manual (D6-38528). The Aircraft has been maintained per the requirements of what
is commonly referred to as a "low utilization" maintenance program. The minimum flight hours
recommended by Boeing MPD to perform C check is FH 3,000. The Aircraft is currently under
scheduled maintenance at Alsalam. It has accumulated less than 800 flight hours since the last
D - Check which was performed by AAC in 2004.
