    Very complete logs right back to 1953 with all ADs, 337's, STC's in organized binders. No damage history, no hail. A very well equipped "later" model 170B with the fowler flaps, float kit, 180 HP conversion and a STOL kit with 62 gallons of fuel. A very rare combination to find today. Very light on the controls and a pleasure to fly. Excellent STOL performance.
