It is a non-pressurized Lancair IV, N1228E, serial LIV 190, with a normally aspirated engine to achieve light weight, simplicity, and economy of operation. The empty weight is 1970 pounds, and the gross weight is 3300 pounds. You can have 88 gallons of fuel, 800 pounds of passengers, travel 1000nm in 5 hours, and have 2 hours reserve at the end of your flight. 1225 TTSN airframe and engine. Annual Completed February 2021. The leather memory foam seats are in good condition and are very comfortable. The rear seat folds down for extra space – few Lancairs have this feature.
