1973 Grumman Yankee The airplane had a a prop strike in February 2020. The result was that the engine Has been completely rebuilt. It has new factory cylinders, 2 new magnetos, new Cam and lifters, pistons and other parts. It has a new McCauley Propellor. It had a annual in July 2020 instruments all work and new led instrument lights. Since posting the airplane for sale I discovered it has a Brake in the nose torque tube requiring repair. I am making the airplane available for a lower price to Cover the cost of repairs. Good buy for a mechanic who can do the work or someone Who can take the money that would have gone for purchase and Apply to the repair. I will now sell the airplane for 22000 dollars. The engine alone was 20000 for rebuild.
