History in great detail will be posted soon. The aircraft was built or almost new standards about five years ago with many airframe upgrades. The engine is a balanced Lycon overhaul at 180 HP but probably tests out at much more than that. Logs are complete and every modification is legal and documented. The gross weight was not increased but the plane handles weight very easily. It is an excellent short field performer. Can be bought with any tire size that the customer wants.
