I am selling my Lancair IV. This plane has been absolutely great and has been flown regularly. I've continue to fly this aircraft regularly/weekly and I'm never disappointed. I typically run the aircraft Lean of Peak and am always seeing a true airspeed of atleast 255kts. I've ran it rich of peak a handful of times and have seen a true airspeed of 275kts. I fly the airplane VFR/IFR and the autopilot will couple the approaches "autopilot will fly the airplane down to the runway and maintain the glideslope" it is great and make for very easy IFR flying. There is absolutely no damage history/accidents, etc. The airplane has always been hangared in a heated hangar. All regular maintenance is performed. The plane flies great and I hate to sell it. The only reason it is because I recently purchased a light jet. When I was looking for a lancair I had many of them inspected by a professional Lancair repair shop and all of them had quite a few issues, this lancair is of the contrary. The inspector brad simmons/airframes inc. said this was one of the nicest lancair's he has seen and he was right. It has been the best plane I've over owned/flown. You can have confidence that this is the nicest/most well built lancair IV on the market. The plane just came out of annual on 5/12/2018 and is ready to make a new home.

The panel is LCD glass with backup, Dual Chelton Synthetic Vision Garmin 530 WAAS GMA 340 Audio Panel GTX 330 Transponder Sorcerer 3 Axis Autopilot, Trutrak with altitude hold and coupling.

Has both tradition and downlink landing gear lights. 20amp backup alternator. Most recent baffles, the engine runs VERY cool. quick drain fitting installed in oil pan. main gear legs have shock absorbers installed to soften the closing. Large supplementary Mountain High Oxygen system installed. Baggage bay light. Barry Engine isolation separators. These are the best for the lancair. EI brand fuel probes. These are the best. 110 gallon tanks Hard wired for trickle charger and cessna style ground plug.

Great condition. Paint is in great condition.
