    Description
--- $10k price reduction 3/31/22 --- This is the Bonanza you've been waiting for! Fly fast, fly high, and fly far with this very special Bonanza. It features a Continental IO-520-BB Turbo Normalized motor, Hartzell scimitar top prop, ADSB in/out, TCAS, autopilot, engine monitor, fresh paint/interior, Osborne 20 gallon tip tanks (w/ 200lb MGTOW increase to 3600lbs), and MORE. F33As with these mods do everything well, no wonder it's one of the most desirable piston planes on the market! Looks and flies like a dream. Makes full manifold pressure all the way up to 20,000 feet thanks the the desirable turbo normalizer modification. Knock on 200 knots true while you fly high above the weather if you bring along some o2. With 120 gallons on board, at 75% power burning 12.7 gallons per hour, you can fly for 8 hours with reserves and over 1,500 miles. Western Skyways performed the engine overhaul in 2000. While the engine is past TBO, I see absolutely no reason to rip it out for likely hundreds of hours to come. Great compressions, little to no oil burn, recent top end overhaul with 6 new cylinders, perfect temps, great performance, clean oil samples, etc. It hasn't skipped a beat during my entire ownership. The useful load is 1,160 pounds (will increase slightly with new weight and balance next week). Complete logs from new. No major damage history. No hail dents or corrosion concerns. Any corrosion was addressed during the paint job/exterior refinish. The paint shines thanks to being hangared. Aviation Creations did a wonderful job with custom seats and sculpted foam support in 2021. This is a beautiful turn key airplane ready for the next owner. Motivated seller accepting offers! Will sell quick, don't miss out on this unique bird!
