1946 Aeronca Champ 7DC. Classic taildragger derived from the 7AC Champ, but with an added electrical system that powers nav lights, radio, intercom, electrical starter, and interior light. Always hangared, fabric in excellent condition, metal prop. C85-12F engine with 85 HP, low-time. Stromberg carburetor with leaning control.
Brand new Scott 3200 tailwheel.
Great for winter flying: includes engine covers, a newly installed Reiff engine cylinder preheat system, and Federal aircraft skis.
Engine is 588.0 SMOH.
Certified aircraft, not owner maintenance, with logbooks.
Summer 2021: extensive inspection & improvement of the electrical system, adding a Bendix King radio and an intercom.
