    Description
Reason for sale: I bought a Citation CJ recently, so I does not have time to enjoy this fine aircraft anymore. $105,000 is a firm offer for cash buyers only. feedback from potential buyers is that it is hard to finance it through the bank. Banks are concerned about the damage history happened in 1978. however, it was well repaired and well documented, I bought his plane in Feb 2018, and had about 200 hours on it. Never had a single issue, at all. Also, all ADs completed. Well maintained Rockwell Commander 112TC. Only 216 hours on a NEW limits overhaul from New Firewall Forward. TBO 1800 hours, Always hangared airplane. Nice flying airplane with plenty of room for passengers and baggage. Easy access with a door on both sides of the fuselage and giant windows for great visibility. If you are serious about owning a Commander 112TC, you owe it to yourself to give this one a close look. Having a "new limits" engine overhaul will make ownership easy on the wallet for years to come. Has Damage: Yes Damage Notes: Landing Gear Retracion on Takeoff in 1978 - Repairs well documented Note: I am not selling this plane to make a fortune, I am selling it because it is a waste if I just let it sit there and fly 10 hours a year. This is an automatic Turbo charged retractable plane, the space inside makes me feels like a SUV in the sky. However, this one is not designed for new pilot just out of Cessna 172. I suggest whoever want to fly it have at least 50 hours on the same airplane with an instructor who really knows about this plane.
