    Description
1949 CESSNA 140A PROJECT (O-290 Conversion, uAvionix ADS-B Out, UPGRADES!) Are you looking to a winter project this year to keep you busy during the colder weather? Check out this Cessna 140A! This 140A has a bunch of desirable upgrades (listed below) with the most desirable being its Lycoming O-290-D2B conversion (STC SA4-640). This conversion cranks up the power from 90HP to 140HP to make for a hot rod 140. The benefits include a 25% decreased take off run, 200ft per minute higher climb rate, 10 mph cruise speed increase, 10 mph top speed increase, and better performance at altitude all while sipping 6-6.5 gallons per hour! The engine was prop struck during transport, so it wasn't under power when it occurred, but will need a prop strike inspection. Please let me know if you would like more pictures of the aircraft or parts included. It is hard to show everything in the amount of pictures allowed. I highly encourage you to come and see the aircraft before bidding to clear any misunderstandings you may or may not have. Aircraft is being sold AS IS/WHERE IS with no expressed or implied warranties. Please let me know if you have any questions. Buyer is responsible for picking up aircraft from the Greeley-Weld Airport (KGXY). 20 Percent deposit is due 48 hours after auction closes NO EXCEPTIONS the rest is due in 7 days.
