    SAME OWNER LAST 25 YEARS. Upgraded with the B60 Duke engines and American Aviation Intercoolers. No damage history. Excellent maintenance, great paint, good interior. Known ice with de-ice boots in great condition and heated windshield and props. Always hangared. Complete logs. Turnkey aircraft. All the logs are attached in the "Service Log" Section below. Pictures are fresh. Located at the St. Petersburg/Clearwater airport (you can fly into TPA, only 30 minutes away). Engines have pre-oilers, intercoolers and improved carbide lifters. Engines also have the older, trouble-free valves. No expense has been spared on the maintenance and aircraft is in great working order. Come buy it now.     Interior refurbished 8/20/2015 by Prestige Aviation of the Sun Coast, Inc. Replaced Carpet with Redrock Custom Carpet - Pebble Taupe, recovered seats with Garrett Leather - Cadence Biscuit, Recovered Side panels with Garrett Leather Cadence Biscuit and Reliatex Leather. Good condition.

    Note that upper aft right wing attach fitting was replaced by American Aviation 8/29/2014 for a repair due to paint shop damaging the fitting when screwing in the fitting cover improperly. Installed all new wing bolts at that time. Note that left-hand wingtip removed and replaced 3/17/16 because of very minor hangar rash. AC compressor replaced in 2017. Annual inspection performed by Henry Nightingale on 6/10/22. Last Pitot-Static check 7/23/22. Current annual will be completed August of 2023. Gross Weight - 6775 lbs Empty Weight - 4792 lbs Useful Load - 1983 lbs. 201 Gallons - 1206 lbs. Full Fuel Payload - 777 lbs.
