    2002 Mustang Aeronautics Mustang II Serial Number 061 Tail Number N515MD Avionics/Radios: Avidyne IFD440 Moving maps GPS/Radio, JPI EDM900 Engine Monitor (full EGT/CHT probes, Oil Temp, Oil PSI, Fuel PSI, Fuel Flow, Fuel to Dest, VOLTS, AMPS, MAP, RPM, Outside Air Temp, lean assist), Garmin GTX330 Transponder, Intercom, All electric panel/no vacuum system. No ADS-B out. TTAF 760 Engine Lycoming O-360-A1A serviced with Camguard from new. 760 SNEW from factory. PMAG electronic ignition on both sides, low fuel burn, stainless steel exhaust system that flows out the side of the cowling (just like the p-51!), Constant speed Hartzell propeller, no nicks, looks new, kept clean and lubricated every 50hours per manual. Sam James cowling with round inlets and fiberglass plenum over the engine. Cam locks on the cowling, low profile oil door on the cowling. Low oil burn, oil changed every 25-35 hours with Phillips XC 20w50. Heated pitot blade. Airframe was completed in 2002 and test flown in 2003 in Tampa, Florida. Moved to North Carolina in 2003. Airplane has been hangar kept for its whole life. Empty weight of 1,069lbs and gross of 1850lbs. Fuel capacity of 37 gallons (25-gallon header tank, and (2) 6-gallon center section tanks) Total fuel 37gallons. Has been flying for the past 20 years. I now have 2 planes and not enough time to fly both. Tires < 25 hours, new brakes, new master cylinders just installed. Custom Mustang Seats on a sliding rail so you can adjust position. I'm 6'2" tall and fit with the canopy closed with no problem. Custom canopy lock, adjustable map lights on both sides, lit instruments, full Whelen strobes, and position lights. Only 1 external radio antenna (and small transponder antenna). Low weight and low drag airframe. Full fork tailwheel, greased and maintained Fast airplane, cruise 190-200mph, max 230mph.
