    This airplane underwent a full restoration between January 2005 and December 2006 and has been meticulously maintained since then. Approximately 605 hours since the restoration. The engine is a Western Skyways Millennium IO-470-N 260 HP with Continental Hammock engine mod conversion. The propeller is a McCauley Propeller Assy 3A36C434-A/A-80VEA-0. Both 605 SNEW. 14C features a glass panel with advanced avionics, including a Chelton PFD ID-A1, Chelton MFD ID-A1, Chelton EAU, Garmin GMA340 audio selector panel 011-00401-10, Garmin CNX80 430-6100-800-002, KI 209 VOR/ILS indicator, Garmin SL70R remote transponder, and Watson AHARS. Other features of this Bonanza C35 include new flaps and ruddervators, new custom paint and leather interior, new sidewall panels, new carpet, a new 3/8” speed slope windshield, all new side glass including ¼” pilot’s side window with vents, new controls with dual yokes, new cables and pulleys where needed, landing gear overhaul and refurbishment, micro VGs on wings and ruddervators, new tires and brakes, Whelen strobes and beacon, and an AK450 ELT. This is a probate sale, as the previous owner, unfortunately, passed away after losing his battle with cancer. He was a devoted aviator and took great care of 14 Charlie.
