1/10th ownership in a Mooney M20M, M20R, or M20S. Includes 1/10th stake in the company/plane, engine/prop fund, any needed avionics upgrades, repairs, and pro-rated first-year annual maintenance. Plane will be hangared at South Valley Regional (U42) in West Jordan, Utah. Pledges sought. Once 10 pledges are received, exact plane will be found and inspected (all 10 new owners have voting rights at this point). Then pledges honored with funds tendered, and plane purchased. This ownership model has worked very well for many years in other plane ownership arrangements. Now looking for faster, more efficient and affordable flying arrangement.
