    1973 Piper Challenger, approximately 4700 total time, airframe and 250 SMOH, engine. 2000 Paint and interior and a 40K renovation in 2020/2021 including: Garmin GNX 375 (GPS MAP/COMM with ADS-B In & Out - traffic & weather), Garmin GTR 225 (digital comm), Garmin G5 (#1), Garmin G5 (#2), Garmin Aera 760 (panel mount - removable), GA 35 GPS antenna, GAD 29B, GSB 15, GAE 12 encoder, GMU 11, GMA 345, GT-50 Clock, CI-121 antenna, Electronics International CGR-30P Engine monitor, Electronics International CGR-30C Engine monitor, Avionics master switch, Electro Air Ignition Switch, Vacuum pump hole cover (Vacuum system removed). See list from log book entries below for equipment serial numbers. New equipment in 2021 - Surefly Electronic Ignition (replacing left magneto allowing super easy hot starts), Lightweight Plane Power alternator, Lightweight SkyTec starter, Fine wire plugs, Artex ELT 345, New Concorde battery, RG35AXC, New battery box and cables, New front seat covers, New LED strobe, New LED landing light, New LED position light (tail), New brake lines. Notes - Plane is based west of Dallas, TX (0TX1) were it continues to be loved and flown. A dedicated battery minder/charger (for Concorde battery) and gas powered tug are included with a full price offer. Still on cosmetic wish list - paint touchup on stabilator and wheel pants are painted with primer only. Currently Needs - nothing, to go fly today!

    This Aircraft recieived its US airworthiness certification in 2006 when it was imported into the US from New Zeland and put on the FAA registry. Records for this aircraft, including STCs and 337s are attached. A landing accident occured in 1975, approximately 48 years and over 4000 hours ago, when all repairs were completed and aircraft was returned to service.
