    Huge Annual done.  Over 3000 man hours.  Over 100 squawks cleared, I was picky.  Paint is glossy, interior lower panels were replaced and recovered, new carpet, custom rear cabin bulkhead fabricated (easier for inspection).  All tar removed from below floor and area primed.  New floor boards in half of the cabin.  Nose gear removed, rebuilt, painted, reinstalled and rigged. New battery,.  Spar and rudder 500 hour AD complied with. New Airtex 406 ELT.  Dual yoke!

    IO-470K, 225 hp.  IRAN of engine:  Engine was removed and disassembled because of a bad cam.  Installed cam, lifters, bearing sets main and rod, cylinders disassembled, honed, new ring sets, flow divider diaphragm replaced, mag 500 hr inspection.  Metering valve and prop gov have 15 hours since overhaul.  New fuel and oil hoses.
