    Aircraft left brake assembly needs to be rebuilt. We are currently looking for parts and will install them when found.
The Cleveland brakes would be a great remedy to the brake issue. If you are aware of where these parts can be found please contact us. 
The aircraft is generally in good shape, however the aircraft is out of annual. The aircraft needs a new battery.
