Low/Mid-time engine with excellent compressions. I’ve owned this aircraft for the last 5 years and used it to build time and obtain my IFR rating. It flies great and the engine runs strong. I’ve invested a significant amount of money updating the panel and ensuring that all safety features function properly. I've always said "yes" to everything my A&P/IA has recommended. My wife, two kids and I have had a lot of fun flying around the Northeast and mid-Atlantic, but we’re selling to upgrade to something with a greater useful load for our growing family.
The paint is showing significant signs of wear. The interior is also ready for an update, but I chose to invest money into the panel rather than cosmetics. Currently flies about 75 hours per year.
This was an excellent first airplane for me and will be the perfect trainer for the next owner. Looking for someone who will continue to make improvements and show this reliable aircraft the love it deserves. If you're looking for a head-turner, this plane is not for you. If you're looking for a stable platform to build time/experience with very low operating costs and many years left in the engine, this is a great opportunity!
