    Description
Looking for a buyer that understands that the value in these aircraft is in the engines and the quality of the maintenance. A Prime Turbine overhaul now costs between $ 350,000 and $ 450,000 based upon condition of the engine components. This airplane has two Prime Turbine overhauls with only 537 SMOH on the engines. She has been constantly hangared. These engines are 3600 hour TBO so work the math and there is $ 600K in engine value here. The maintenance has been done by Friend Air Care for the past two inspections. They are probably the best Cheyenne shop in the US. This is a clean, well maintained aircraft, with very low engine times, a like new leather interior, and good paint. Recent prop overhauls, and fuel bladder replacements. Dual Garmin 530 WAAS, Dual GTX 345, KFC 250, AC, FIKI, XM, TCAS, and no damage history. You will be hard pressed to find a better Cheyenne I with better maintenance, and lower engine times.
