Attention Lycoming Fans - If you’re looking for a Lycoming turbo G-1000 Mooney, but don’t want to settle for a S-tec autopilot, you may have just found your next airplane. This 2007 model year, Mooney Bravo GX, is the world's only Bravo with a GFC700 autopilot. Mooney provided this aircraft to Garmin where it was flown for approximately 300 hours under a special airworthiness certificate for the G-1000 & GFC700 certifications. Upon completion of Garmin's certification efforts, Mooney provided everything N18GX would need to ready it for its first retail customer and to issue the aircraft's standard airworthiness certificate, including extensive service, updating to new standards, a redo of the interior and significant engine work including a Lycoming Crankshaft Service Bulletin and Firewall Forward's STC for the Centri-Lube Camshaft (see details noted below in the engine section). Complete logs are also attached.
