    Description
This Extra is a fantastic, low hour, Pressurized, Fast Piston-Single Engine (235 kts at 25,000ft.) which has been most meticulously maintained an always hangared throughout its lifetime. It's been upgraded with all the latest Glass cockpit toys any pilot could desire including G500 with Sythetic Vision, the GTN 750, XM Weather and RDR2000 Weather Radar to name just a few. This German Built Extra is like what is a Mercedes-Benz is vs. a Chevy when you compare it to a Mirage. An unusually large comfortable cabin, low operating cost, teflon covered boots as part of the FIKI system. A fast descent is no issue with this Extra 400 as the liquid cooled engine protects the engine from shock cooling. It has a sleek & strong composite fibreglass structure, offers great visibility from the cockpit and High Wing configuration, no accident history on this aircraft, an aircraft that is a real pleasure to fly and go places to get there fast, safe and comfortably. The reason for its low hours is that prior to its importation to North America in 2016 this Extra 400 belonged to a co-owner of the Manufacturer Extra Flugzeugbau GmbH and was for most of its life meticulously maintained under European EASA- CAMO standards. CAMO stands for Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation(CAMO) which is a certification awarded by the EASA – European Aviation Safety Authority to Aviation Management companies. Due to our expanding operations we are looking to upgrade into a larger Pilatus PC12 and are open to consider PC12 Trade-ins as a well whole or partial sale of this aircraft.

    Interior Notes
The cockpit is unusually wide and comfortable with good forward and lateral visibility The passenger cabin is air-conditioned and offers four seats in a club arrangement with a folding table. It is much roomier than one would expect in this aircraft category and similar in size to that of the smaller jets such as the Eclipse 550. The single-skin pressurized vessel is very rigid, resulting in a relatively low level of noise and vibration in the cabin.
