Low time Cherokee with 180 HP conversion and constant speed prop. I purchased it while training for my ppl and put 180 hours on it. great airplane, climbs very well for a Cherokee. looks and flies well. great time builder. Moving on to a new plane, i will miss her though.

Exterior: paint is red over white, with grey trim. Paint is in excellent condition. Plexiglas is in good condition; there are some noticeable scratches on windscreen, but minor. Nav lights right/left wing tips and tail; strobe lights Hangared its entire life
